100% Kokos - 45 cm x 75 cm Kokosfussmatten are made in the south of India in manual work of coconuts. The farmers process there each individual part of the coconut. For the production of the Kokosmatten the bowl of the coconut is used. The coconuts are picked at the coast, in a lagoon. Afterwards each individual coconut is smashed by hand, in order to win the fibers for the mat. In a small village, been because of which coast of Kerala, the fibers in small weaving mills become floor mats gewoben and with our Designs printed on.
