Mit EDGE lanciert Sagaform eine einzigartige Messer-Serie. Der Designer Pascal Charmolu hat hier die reine japanische Formsprache mit ausgeprägter Funktionalität kombiniert.
Die EDGE-Klingen sind aus hochwertigem molybdenum/vanadium 1.4116-Stahl gefertigt, der eine Tockwell-Härte von 53-55 HRC aufweist. Zur Erzielunh des anspechenden EDGE-Profils wurde die Klinge zunächste ausgestanzt und danach geschliffen. Auch der ungeübte Benutzer kann die Klinge problemlos nachschleifen. Die Griffe bestehen aus 18/8-Stahl und sind innen hohl.

The History
1988-1993: During the early years the company focuses on distribution of items such as office materials and kitchen equipment.
1994-1996: The Sagaform brand is created in 1994 and work on designing our own products in-house for our gift and household ranges begins.
1997-1999: The shop-in-shop concept is developed and becomes a huge success. Sagaform exhibits internationally for the first time at the Frankfurt fair in 1997 and this results in immediate market shares outside Scandinavia. In the sames year operations begin in Norway with immediate success.
2000: Sagaform is established in Germany.
2001-2002: New Wave Group becomes a majority shareholder.
Sagaform sets up in Denmark and Finland with great results.
2003: Sagaform is established in the UK with huge success.
2004: The franchise concept is developed, and set-up in France begining.
