Sustainable carving set
Combined with the attractive bamboo board, the tray is converted into a carving set.
Bamboo has antibacterial traits and, as the material is extremely hard and water-resistant, it makes for a very durable
cutting board, not to mention the fact bamboo is a sustainable material. The board is equipped with silicone pads so
that it remains steady on the table and in the tray, while a large cut out cross in the middle
keeps the roast in place and channels meat juices down in the tray.
